Great post. Buy & hold is my favorite of the five. However, I must admit, a mixture of most of them has worked great for me. The occasional flip is very helpful with getting cash to fund the down payment for buy and hold purchases. Renting out the properties allows someone else to pay for the investment for you. Leasing alternatives also help increase the cash flow along the way.
